Due to this there have been many ups and downs in the economy. The manufacturing industry in different countries has undergone several changes at different stages due to COVID. Many of them still grapple with workforce challenges due to supply chain disruptions, low demand and physical distancing restrictions. Meanwhile, other sectors such as consumer goods and health care are ramping up production to respond to increased demand for products such as medical supplies and paper products. Due to social distancing, great care was taken in the work of the employees; there should be no hindrance in the workforce. Digital tools were also used in the workplace. People need to be physically fit on-site to work in the manufacturing industry.
