We strive to help our clients find exactly what they seek by listening to the Clients.  From the first call, giving their search criteria on the type of professional they seek and what exact skill set they would like to see in the candidates we send them.  We are a very hands on search firm.  One of the owners will be working directly with you on every search you ask us to conduct.  The owners will review every resume that qualified to be submitted and will speak directly to the finalists before they are sent over to the client for review.  We will only send qualified and quality individuals to interview.  Never sending more than 2-5 resumes, saving even more time and money not having to review stacks of unqualified resumes, which is a waste of time.
